When attempting to add a new user, the following error occurs:
Unable to create user
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Launch Cloud Administration Portal
- Click on Primavera User Administration
- Click on ( + ) to add a new user
- Enter required information
- Observe the error
