Symptoms

When attempting to add a new user, the following error occurs:
Unable to create user

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch Cloud Administration Portal
  2. Click on Primavera User Administration
  3. Click on ( + ) to add a new user
  4. Enter required information
  5. Observe the error
