ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Territory Fails to Assign to Account
Issue description:
Territory is based off of Industry dimension
Territory is no longer assigned to Accounts regardless of Industry selected. New Accounts do not receive Territory assignment. Existing Accounts do not have new Territory assigned when Industry is changed.
Manual assignment shows the following error in the UI:
"JBO-MOW:::MOW_AMENG_NO_RULE_SETS_FOR_IP: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>MOW-225011</NUMBER><TEXT>An active assignment rule set cannot be found. Contact your help desk.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>"
