BP Logs in the Desktop Application Do Not Match Those in the IOS Mobile App (Doc ID 2366794.1)

The iOS Mobile app does not display as many records Business Process (BP) log as the desktop application does.


Users should be able to view the same BP log records in both the desktop and Mobile applications.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Stage.
  2. Open a Shell and navigate to the applicable BP workspace, note there are 8 records total.
  3. Login to iOS Mobile app.
  4. View Settings > Synchronization > Synchronize, click OK.
  5. Go to Home > Workspaces, Scroll to Shell > Load, click OK.
  6. Select Shell > Select BP, note only 2 records are displayed.
