Incomplete BP Logs In Desktop Vs. IOS Mobile App : Total Not Matching

Incomplete BP Logs in Desktop vs. iOS Mobile App

In Stage, expect to look at the Business Process (BP) log to reference it's content while reviewing field activity.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Stage as user
  2. Open Shell and navigate to the applicable BP workspace
    • Yield = 8 records
  3. In iOS Mobile Application https://<customername>
  4. Settings> Synchronization> Synchronize> OK
  5. Back Home > Workspaces > Scroll to Shell > Load > OK
  6. Select Shell > Select BP
    • Yield = 2 records

The issue has the following business impact:
Attempting to roll out the mobile application for users.
