Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Absence approval flow has at least 2 level of approval. Level 2 Manager is the correct one when an absence is submitted, but the Escalation process skip the Level 2 Manager and goes to Level 3 Manager

(Level 3 Manager is shown as Level 2 Manager).


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Absence should have escalated to the correct Level 2 Manager
