Missing "shipping address ID" from Export of Customers

Symptoms

Customer wants to export "customer" data to CSV, via REST call.
Customer is following documentation:

POST /ccadmin/v1/exportProcess

Customer is expecting a "shipping address ID" for all "customer" records.
Customer tried to export the "customer" data in JSON format:

}

This requests takes about 2 hours to complete.
After completion, a zip file is available for download.
When customer tries to download the zip file, customer receives a 404 error.
