Symptoms
When attempting to run create accounting for receipts, the following error occurs.

Event Class= Deliver to Expense
Event Type= Deliver to Expense

The account xx.xxx.xxxx is a third party control account.
Cause: Third party control accounts can be used only when the application is enabled to use third party control accounts.
Action: You must modify the account rule not to use third party control account combination or update the account {ACCOUNT_VALUE} not to be a third party control account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Run Transfer Transactions from Receiving to Costing.
2) Run Create Receipt Accounting Distributions.
3) Run Create Accounting
