Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Procurement

Unable to select Signature Role from LOV

Cannot select a signature role to determine who needs to sign the contract from the party tab when using Electronic Signature for integration between DocuSign and Oracle Cloud Enterprise Contracts.

‘Enable Electronic Signature’ is enabled, but error appears on the Contract > party tab.

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to contracts
2. Select the Contract > Parties tab. As soon as the tab is opened, the error appears. Exiting the error, the Signature Role field does not allow any changes.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select signature role/sequence for the Team members on the contract.
