Unable to reverse a Withholding Tax ( AWT ) distribution line, that was created when an invoice was validated and then paid.

One AWT1 was created at validation time and another AWT2 created when the invoice was paid.

Later the payment was voided and the AWT2 was reversed but the user was unable to reverse the AWT1
