View Job Log Button In P6 Professional Displays Blank Web Page Or "404 Error Page not found"

When attempting to access the View Log from P6 Professional Cloud Connect, the following error occurs:

404 Error
Page not found.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run any job
  2. Go to Tools --> Job Status
  3. Select the job
  4. Once completed, select the View Log button
  5. Navigation goes to a blank page then resolves to the error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot check the View Log status for previous jobs in P6 Professional, which provide more detail for failed jobs.
