Goal

Usually customer can create Enhancement or Feature request in MOS when they find a GAP in the system, some other customer can create a Service Request (SR) asking if there is a way to address a specific need with any current functionality, however this need can end up in a Feature request as well; so in order to make sure that Product team receive this request, support team can create a BUG for this, after the Enhancement request is created which is now a Bug number, the SR can be closed and the customer can follow the BUG number in MOS and also through the Product Release Notes for every new release.

This document will guide users to follow up the current status of a BUG in MOS.
