Information in this document applies to any platform.
All emails go to one mailbox with a global test email account. After March Monthly patching, when the administrator opens the email and clicks on the link the error below occurs. When other users click on the link they get a blank page. The issue occurs on all environments. User's do not approve /reject via the email . The only purpose of the email is to use the link to direct the user back to Fusion Applications BPM worklist https://<pod>.hcm.us2.oraclecloud.com/bpm/workspace
Administrator's get ""Error occurred while fetching Task Details" after enabling Email Notifications. "
All other users get a blank page.
