Symptoms

When running an ETL for a P6 Data Source, the ETL fails with the following errors while processing data in the project code history dimension table:

  [ERROR] PROC_AFTER_LOADING_PKG_CODES_PROJECT

  [DONE] 2 /-/ Procedure - Load Codes Project - Code Step 3

       ODI-1228: Task Procedure-Load Codes Project HD-Load project codes HD fails on the target connection PRIMAVERA_ANALYTICS_TGT_DS.
       Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
          ORA-06512: at "STARUSER.SCD", line 956
          ORA-06512: at "STARUSER.SCD", line 970
          ORA-06512: at line 2

Note - The same issue can occur while processing data in the resource code or activity code history dimension tables.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the ETL process.
2. The process fails.
3. Note the above error in the log.
