On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Phone Number Country Code is shown partially
The country code 39 is set for the phone number, however in the Simplified UI the only digit that is visible is 3

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The entire country code should be visible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Accounts
2. Open Account -> Open details page
3. Only the 3 is visible for the country code when 39 should be shown
4. Put the cursor in the country code box and arrow key to the right and then all country code digits are visible, but one at a time
