Copying Primary Address From Account In Create Contact Saves Wrong Values (Doc ID 2368138.1)

On Create contact page the wrong address is saved after checking the "Use Account Address" box and clicking save

The same address that is displayed after checking the "Use Account Address" box should be displayed after clicking save

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Account
2. Click Contacts subtab
3. Create new Contact
4. Check the "Use Account Address" box
5. The Primary address of the account is filled in as the Contact address
6. Click Save.
7. The wrong address is saved/displayed
8. County and City are wrong, Address 1, Address 2, State, and Postal Code are correct

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create contacts using the associated Account's address
