Symptoms

 When attempting to print a BI publisher report, the following error occurs:

Document delivery failed
Error deliver document to printer::Exception happened when calling deliver API::Error deliver document to printer::Exception happened when calling deliver API::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed)oracle.xdo.service.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed)
at oracle.xdo.service.delivery.impl.DeliveryServiceImpl.deliverToPrinter(DeliveryServiceImpl.java:524)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Attempt to print checks from Fusion Payments Cloud.
