When running the ACA for employees, the month of July doesn't show as the company offered coverage.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For all months to show that coverage was offered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ACA reports
2. See that the month of July is missing information.
