Goal

Qn1:Unable to see details in the Awards Overview page
When we navigate to the Awards Overview page from navigator, there is no data in that page.It should ideally show Elapsed time and other details.
 
Qn2:The mentioned program has been run. One of the possible reasons why the budget amount is not showing because the financial plan type is not set as approved cost budget. Once we use the correct financial plan type and put some cost against the project, these numbers will come. Is that somehow related to the issue of not showing the elapsed time related graphs?
