The Login Page Controls Are Grayed Out After Logout And Relaunch of P6 Professional

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After login / logout of P6 Professional, with Client-side Cache enabled, attempting to relaunch P6 Professional results in a login screen where all fields (login name / password / language / database / reinitialize local cache options) are all greyed out.
After login / logout of P6 Professional with client side cache enabled, attempting to relaunch P6 Professional should result in the associated fields to be editable.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to P6 Professional with Client-side Cache enabled
- Logout of P6 Professional
- Relaunch P6 Professional
- Note the login page has associated options greyed out.
