API-CS Full Backup Fails After Changing The BackUp User Password (Doc ID 2368723.1)

Symptoms

API-CS Full Backup is failing


The password for the backup user has changed but the API-CS Backup script is referencing to the old one.


Executing a full back-up of the APICS results in a failure:

Locked the WebLogic Server domain configuration...
Started the backup of configuration data for WebLogic administration server and managed servers...

Started the backup of configuration data for Oracle Traffic Director admin host <HOSTNAME>
Completed the backup of configuration data for Oracle Traffic Director admin node on <HOSTNAME>...
Started the backup of database...
Completed the backup of database...
Capturing the service metadata..
.Completed the backup of service metadata...
Unlocked the WebLogic Server domain configuration...

Uploading the backup archive to the Oracle Storage Cloud Service container...
Unable to upload the object to the Oracle Storage Cloud Service container: Could not resolve host. The given remote host was not resolved...
