PLS File Not Generated When "Send Order Info" Option in Order Header Screen for Packed Orders (Doc ID 2368972.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

When "Send Order Info" option in Order Header screen for packed orders, no PLS file is generated. In Interface Logs screen the following error message can be seen:

"Level 2 data missing for Order: ABC1! Deleting tmp files: /usr/abc/def/ABCxxxx.tmp"

**Interface type "Order Outbound Load Export" has been configured for this facility to send the PLS files to /xyz/output.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PLS file should be generated and copied to SFTP output folder when using option "Send Order Info" for packed orders.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to facility 123
2. Go to Order Header screen and filter any order in "Packed" status
3. Select this order and click on "Send Order Info"
4. Go to SFTP folder /xyz/output
5. No PLS file created
