Symptoms

Two data extracts are stuck in 'processing' status on the "View Extract Results" page. (Data Exchange/Expand panel drawer/View Extract results)

For example:

 

When a data extract is submitted, a scheduled job is run. In this case, the scheduled job had completely successfully for both extracts. This could be seen from:

Navigator/Scheduled Processes
