Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
P45 has been run in Test mode with Effective date =28/02/2018 but it's not picking up specific employee #12345678 - has had the termination date updated from 2017-12-01 to 2018-02-20

The P45 action is set to "Issue When final pay on or after termination"


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Terminated employees to be picked up by the P45 process

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run P45 process
2. Review audit report
