Product Data Import Activity Stuck In Step 'Importing Data' (Doc ID 2369500.1)

While importing product to Oracle Sales Cloud the import is not completing

The value of the attribute TEMPLATE_NAME is not valid

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator > File Import
2. On 'Manage Import Activities' page, create Import Activity
3. Select data file
4. Activate Import task
5. Import fails. Error log shows the error
