Symptoms

When attempting to Run a plan, the following error occurs.

ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Planning Central -> Supply Planning
2. Open the right task pane and select Manage Plans
3. Search for desired Plan
4. Select Actions -> Run
