Cannot Add Line Manager For Employee (Doc ID 2369763.1)

Cannot add line manager for employee

When user try to add a new line manager for employee, system will pop-out one error message, Only one manager can be a line manager. (PER-1530140).
But from front-end page, it only show one line manager.
Please help to debug the data in database, it seems there is an inconsistency with page and database.

Only one manager can be a line manager. (PER-1530140).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. My Workforce > Person Management > Search for the person > Manage Employment
3. Change Manager
