Symptoms

On : Release 12 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While running the Make EFT Payments the BACS file output the BANK_ACCOUNT_NAME is missing.
- The employee has two personal payment methods
- BACS file produced has two lines as expected

BACS file output:

1234567890123456789123456789123/5Q/0000000BANKNAME1 1234567 >>> Missing name <<<
1234567890123456789123456789123/5Q/0000000BANKNAME1 1234567 BANK NAME ACCOUNT


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make EFT Payments
2. Review BACS file output
3. One of the lines for a particular employee is missing the BANK NAME ACCOUNT value (null value)
