User with Read Only Role is Able To Access Create Account Link in Desktop UI

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User with read only role should not be able to access Create Account task.
After the user follows the Steps:
1. User is opening an account
2. Select Actions > More details
3. Go to Task > Create Account link is visible
Is it possible to hide this link for the read only user?
