Symptoms

Unable to load self beneficiary designation via spreadsheet loader

The user is trying to load the enrollments for a set of employees who can be designated as self beneficiaries and the designation failed for all employees. The error message stated as 'Invalid beneficiary'.
The error is coming only for beneficiaries. Also the same beneficiaries can be added manually from BSC> Enrollment area

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Benefits Administration > Evaluation and Reporting > select Upload Benefits Enrollments > Enter all the details
Run Upload Benefit Enrollments for the Batch
