Error in displaying 'Order Owner' and 'Meaning Order' records

1- The name that the mobile application 'Oracle Sales cloud Retail execution' assigns to an order generated from there follows the following structure: "1C3OA2P4J9IF4UN9VIWZOBVDX" and when it is created from the web it follows the following structure: "FUSE300000005677470". Could this name be unified? That is, they are the same from the two sources.

2. When I make a query of the 'Owner' of the orders by export or by WS, those that are generated from the mobile application bring the 'username' and when they are generated from the web they bring the full name of the commercial as it is observed in the screenshot. Is there a way to unify these values?
