HMRC File Submission Process unsuccessful for NINO Verification Request test

Investigation in the log file showed message 'Invalid content found at element 'ForeignCountry'
The Post Code appeared to be blank but when in the address UI the post code is visible.

To be able to submit the XML file for NINO Verification Request
