When attempting to run Payroll Validation Report,
the following error occurs.

Request Details: 225625(Error)
ERROR:ESS-07034 Job logic indicated a business error occurred while executing an asynchronous java job for request 225625. Job error is: BIP job failed with output error.
The request has completed and is in a terminal state.
The job request failed due to Business error.
Business error during request processing
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll Checklist > Submit a Process or Report
2. Select GB
3. Select Payroll Validation Report
4. Click Next
5. Payroll Flow = XXX-JW121220171031
6. Effective = 31/12/2017
7. Payroll = Company Group Ltd
8. Click Submit
9. OK and View Checklist
10. Click Refresh
11. View the results, take corrective action, by expanding the arrows,
12. Click go to task
13. Open Processes and Reports tab and click on the glasses icon
14. Re-run the report to ensure no validation errors
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run Payroll Validation Report this month.
