Symptoms

When attempting to publish a custom report template, the following error occurs:

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases.

The following error may also be found in the Unifier log file:

ERROR Target.Exception
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.sun.xml.ws.api.message.Message.getHeaders()Lcom/sun/xml/ws/api/message/HeaderList;

Changes

This can occur after a configuration change or upgrade.
