Goal
An Error is reported when importing orders using the Order Import Web Service
An order was not created because no matching row for attribute BuyingPartyContactNumber with the value XXXXXX was found for the source order with the following details: source order XXXXXXXXX. Check the attribute value, and resubmit the order.
Can orders be imported using the order import web service with Contact Number information populated for Bill-to and Ship-to?
