Symptoms
Cycle count adjustments not getting created as expected.
The Company Parameter flag is set to yes but when a discrepancy is recorded, there is no entry in the CYCLE COUNT ADJUSTMENT screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that after performing cycle count on Active Location there should be a record written in CC Adjustment UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Locate some inventory into Active Location.
2. Perform cycle count on the above Location in immediate mode by adjusting all the quantity.
3. Check with CC Adjustment UI.
