The following message is displayed while syncing the data

"Oracle sales cloud for outlook has encountered an error. Please contact your system administrator".


1. How many users are affected by the issue?

all users(80+)

2. When are you receiving the error?
//while doing initial synch & daily in outlook
3. Is there anything else the error is saying?
//Please check the log files attached,We feel issue is related to opportunity revenue object
