Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.09.0 version, Procurement Catalog

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Agreements are not flowing to Catalog

Agreements are created by Catalog Administrators themselves but they are not flowing to Catalog. The user had tried by selecting all agreements and some agreements (while searching for specific agreements LOV does not contain any value). in the catalog setup. SSP does not show any BPA lines.
