ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

One manager is not ale to process/deliver the compensation statements for her team.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the manager to be able to process/deliver the compensation statements for her team.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to compensation
2. Process generate statements
