Getting an Error when trying to open the Spreadsheet from Manage Items > Manage Item Mass Changes > Edit Item Attributes in Spreadsheet

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From PIM > Manage Items > search for items
2. Select few items > Actions: Manage Item Mass Changes > Edit Item Attributes in Spreadsheet
3. The spreadsheet opens up, and prompt to enter the user id and password
4. Enter them, get the error
