ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PTO Requests Missing from Payroll

In our current pay cycle (12.10.17 - 12.23.17) we have discovered today that we have at least 4 employees who entered PTO requests prior to the payroll process running that did not receive their PTO pay.I have attached screenshots for each of the four we are aware of with the request, the "about this record" and the payroll activity report that was processed before payroll ran yesterday. These employees brought their short pay to our attention today, however, we are unaware of whether there are more employees with this issue. In addition, these missing PTO records are not pulling on our absence reports to do a check if any others are missing at this time. In order to get these employees paid we had to manually enter their requests into payroll and run quick pays.

Upon review, there have been no changes to these employees' PTO plans, employment records, etc that would have caused an issue with their PTO payments. They are from different managers, different departments and on different dates, therefore I have been unable to find any pattern as to why this has occurred.
