Custom DCL Fields On Account Are Not Showing The Value When Selected. (Doc ID 2371857.1)

Goal

We have exposed two DCL fields 'Primary Supplier' and 'Secondary Supplier' under ACCOUNTS on mobile. These fields are pointing to OOB 'Competitor' Object values. From Mobile when we select the value, they don't appear immediately, but when we click on Save of the record, the field values show up. I have attached the screenshots for the Issue.
