Value details missing from the Approval Page for Irregular Allowance

We are having an element named as 'Irregular Allowance' where the primary classification is selected as 'Standard Earnings'.
The element 'Irregular Allowance' is having 7 inputs values i.e. Work start date, Work end date, Reason, Comments, Amount, Days, Hours.
We have selected, Amount as Primary Input value.
When an employee is performing any transaction for the respective element and provide the data in the Days or Hours filed, the 'Value' field in the Manage Contribution page is only reflecting the data for primary input value i.e. Amount in our case.

1) Is there any way to display the data of the other input value in the Manage Contribution page ?
2) Is there any way for updating the primary classification of the respective element entry from standard earnings to something else where primary inputs value is not mandatory.
