Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service

Release 11.13.17.09.0

Not able to transmit Benefits Extracts using private key

Client configured plan carrier and in file transfer they are using private key file. But when they are submitting the extract it is not able to FTP the file to SFTP server.
Client is using same key in BIP and we are able to send the report output(Custom BI) to FTP server using the key.

Please find attached screenshot for plan carrier and error message.
