R 13 Mass Update Screen Additional Blank Fields

Customer has only exposed one field for users to be able to mass-update.
However, on the Mass Update screen there are three additional blank fields.
This is seen on Contact, Opportunity, Lead, Activity, Account team (Custom Object).
