Deletion of contact data: According to the documentation about Deleting Contacts (Doc ID 2310831.1), when deleting a contact, the data is not permanently removed from the system and can be viewed/retrieved afterwards. (Quote: "However, our system only performs a soft-delete. So, you should be able to find these records by the following methods:- Web Service- Export- BI Reporting. You can use these as a method to retrieve the data. Then you can use that data to create new records.").
According to the new European Data Protection Laws GDPR/DSGVO, we will have to perform hard deletes AND have some kind of log data (or method of demonstrating) of that deletion, starting from 25th of May 2018

Could you please tell me, how Oracle solves these issues?
