Ladder Hourly Rate Should Not Be Recalculated With Salary Basis Annualization (Doc ID 2372452.1)

On :  11.12.1.0.0 version, .Set Up Compensation Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When the Annual frequency of the Salary Basis and Progression Grade ladder is same then the Annualization Factor is not considered in rate determination.

Scenario 1
1) Create Salary Basis with Annual Factor as 1885
2) Create Progression ladder with Annual Factor as 2080
3) Hire Worker with FTE 0.5 and assign Salary Basis that has Annual Factor of 1885
4) Validate that the Rate is defaulted correctly (The rate should be as per what is defined in the Progression Grade Ladder for that grade)
5) Run GPS Process for the worker
6) Validate that the rate for the proposed grade is correct (The rate should be as per what is defined in the Progression Grade Ladder for that grade)

Scenario 2
1) Create Salary Basis with Annual Factor as 2080
2) Create Progression ladder with Annual Factor as 2080
3) Hire Worker with FTE 1 and assign Salary Basis that has Annual Factor of 2080
4) Validate that the Rate is defaulted correctly (The rate should be as per what is defined in the Progression Grade Ladder for that grade)
5) Run GPS Process for the worker
6) Validate that the rate for the proposed grade is correct (The rate should be as per what is defined in the Progression Grade Ladder for that grade)

Scenario 3
1) Create Salary Basis with Annual Factor as 1885
2) Create Progression ladder with Annual Factor as 2080
3) Hire Worker with FTE 1 and assign Salary Basis that has Annual Factor of 1885

3) Hire Worker with FTE 0.5 and assign Salary Basis that has Annual Factor of 1885
4) Validate that the Rate is defaulted correctly (The rate should be as per what is defined in the Progression Grade Ladder for that grade)
5) Run GPS Process for the worker
6) Validate that the rate for the proposed grade is correct (The rate should be as per what is defined in the Progression Grade Ladder for that grade)
