Error: "Unable to create Business Process record. Login User is invalid value for inspector_1" And Unable to Send BP Record to Next Step in a Workflow Using the iOS Mobile Application (Doc ID 2372551.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 17.9 : iOS version 17.12.1

When attempting to send a Business Process (BP) record to the next step in a workflow with the Unifier iOS Application, the following error is received on the iOS device:

"Unifier - Unable to create Business Process record. Login User is invalid value for inspector_1"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment with the iOS Application.
  2. Navigate to Shell/Workspace > Click Create to begin creation of a new BP record.
  3. Enter all required fields.
  4. Then click "Send" and the error message above is displayed.
