Bulk Profile import not updating Profile Address

After using the Profile bulk import to update the attached profiles in file-upload-1520010058907.json, the secondaryAddresses and shippingAddresses didn't update.

Compare the original address and the new values in .json, the addresses were not updated.
The Import Process Status reported no errors.
