Users Cannot View Other Users Requisition After Upgrade to Release 12, The Privilege Not Found In Security Console (Doc ID 2372814.1)

After upgrading to Release 12, users cannot see other user's requisitions.
They know that users need to be added POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_ALL_PRIV privilege

However, cannot search POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_ALL_PRIV privilege on Security Console.

1. Open Security Console.
