Schedule Sheet Attribute "Tag" Dropdown Is Not Populated With Values

Symptoms

On Unifier : User Mode, Schedule Sheet

For the Schedule Manager, you can "tag" fields in order to map them to fields on Business Process records, Shells, Spaces, and/or Configurable Managers. These tags are created as part of the data structure.
When you map these tagged fields to fields on other forms, users can see schedule information without having to open the Schedule Manager.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Schedule Sheet the Tag dropdown does not populate with values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Navigate to the applicable work space and Open the Schedule Sheet
  3. Click in the Tags column and notice there are no values to pick from
  4. Go to Data Structure Setup > Statuses > Tags, open the DesignerTags, go to Data Set tab, there are values defined
