Symptoms

The following error is seen when running Grade Step Progression process from Scheduled Processes:

ERROR
Unable to retrieve content. Please see "Remote Region error #[n]" in the server logs for more information.

STEPS
1. Tools> Scheduled Processes
2. Run Grade Step Progression process
